It has a bright straw color with thin and persistent bubbles.
Modern on the nose with floral and fruity aromas, in particular tropical fruit.
In the mouth the bubbles give a sensation of creaminess, leaving a long and caressing palate.

|Grapes vinified in white, harvested by hand and processed with soft pressing. The wine is obtained with primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The sparkling wine is produced following the Italian method in autoclave (Martinotti method), lasting approximately 60 days
